WHAT TO BRING:
Registration forms are now carbon copies and will be filled out at the beginning of the evening. At the end of the panel, the pink copy will be given to the attendee, and it is their responsibility to get that copy to whomever they put as their referral. In the event that the pink copy is lost or another copy is needed, a $10 processing fee will be charged and must be received before another copy is mailed out. This has been noted at the bottom of the form. If you have special needs such as language or hearing issues, please call IN ADVANCE of the panel you plan to attend. Please note that some locations have limits on the number of people the room the VIP is being held in can hold. We will not go over the limit, so it is first come, first serve. Once the limit is reached, all others will be turned away. |
