| Price includes one (1) hot dog per person, chili and one (1) beverage (non-alcoholic) per person. To reserve a table, please send a check for $160 payable to MADD Gateway to the MADD office at 2040 Woodson Road, Suite 201; Overland, MO 63114, by March 5th.
